Shipping Directions:

STEP 1: Material Handling/Shipping Authorization: You must notify us, by email to ExpoHeea@aol.com, that you will be shipping material to the Chicago Homeschool Expo at the Schaumburg Convention Center – and tell us if we will be shipping material back to your place of business after the show closes.  Email must include: company name, company address, contact person and phone, shipping contact person and phone.  This email authorizes HEEA Convention Services to perform material handling services on behalf of the exhibiting company.  This email will also be regarded as confirmation that you have read and accepted the HEEA Shipping Terms and Conditions.

STEP 2:  Complete Payment Authorization Form and email to ExpoHeea@aol.com, or FAX to 404.745.0742.

STEP 3:  Your shipment MUST arrive on Thursday, August 5th at the Schaumburg Convention Center between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. No Exceptions. (Specify on your “shipping label” to deliver on Thursday, August 5th).

STEP 4:  Shipment must be delivered to: Schaumburg Convention Center c/o Chicago Homeschool Expo, 2 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339

STEP 5:  Shipment must be labeled with your “Exhibitor Name”, for us to identify which booth to deliver your materials. SAMPLE LABEL is shown below.

STEP 6:  If you want us to ship material/boxes/pallets back after the Expo, then you must provide shipping information, labels for shipping and payment for shipping.

Pricing:

UPS/FED EX/Specialized Carrier Pricing for RECEIVING ONLY at the Schaumburg Convention Center is $25 per box/container for first carton per delivery. And $10 for each additional box/container in said delivery.

Truck/Tractor Trailer Delivery Pricing for RECEIVING ONLY at Schaumburg Convention Center is $50 per pallet/container and includes delivery of pallet to Exhibitor’s booth.

UPS/FED EX/Specialized Carrier Pricing for SHIPPING ONLY from Schaumburg Convention Center is $25 per box/container to pick up from Exhibitor booth and take it to Carrier for shipment. DOES NOT INCLUDE CHARGES TO SHIP FROM CARRIER TO EXHIBITOR’S PLACE OF BUSINESS.

Truck/Tractor Trailer Delivery Pricing for SHIPPING ONLY from Schaumburg Convention Center is $50 per pallet/container to pick up from Exhibitor booth and take it to Trucking Company for shipment. DOES NOT INCLUDE CHARGES TO SHIP FROM TRUCKING COMPANY TO EXHIBITOR’S PLACE OF BUSINESS.
