Christopher Kustusch is a homeschool graduate who is excited to give back to the homeschooling community. After high school, he earned his undergraduate degree from North Park University, where he majored in Physics and Communications. He received his Master of Fine Arts in Science and Natural History Filmmaking from Montana State University.
Professionally, Chris runs Big Sci Communications, which focuses on communicating science to the general public and providing students with exceptional educational opportunities. Previously, he worked on exhibit design and educational programming at the Museum of Science and Industry. He also developed, wrote, and launched a science curriculum for students in grades six through twelve. He is currently completing a science documentary feature film with Oystercatcher Media.
While he keeps busy with other pursuits, Chris continues to be passionate about education and teaching. He has taught and tutored students of all ages, both formally and informally, for the last fifteen years. He believes that great teachers inspire lifelong learning by awakening wonder and curiosity.
